Our seasonal menu offers the best of the local ingredients available to us. You will start with some house made charcuterie, a selection of canapés and a number of smaller dishes followed by a main course and dessert.

We have over the years developed close contact with small, local producers including farmers and cheese makers as well as neighbours and friends passionate about fishing and foraging for mushrooms and berries. We raise our own quails and grow vegetables. These kinds of ingredients which come in very limited quantities are the kind that you can expect to be served on this menu. We cook over open flames in our wood oven and over the hibachi grill.

A drink package will be available (with or without alcohol).
