Our seasonal menu offers the best of the local ingredients available to us. You will start with a selection of canapés and a number of smaller dishes followed by a main course and dessert.
We have over the years developed close contact with small, local producers including farmers and cheese makers as well as neighbours passionate about fishing and foraging for mushrooms and berries (you can read about these people in more detail under ‘About’. We raise our own quails and grow vegetables & herbs, often harvested immediately prior to serving. These kinds of ingredients which come in very limited quantities are the kind that you can expect to be served on this menu. We cook over open flames in our wood oven and over the hibachi grill.
